About Us Vincent Hambleton-Grey Vincent Hambleton-Grey is the Principal of Baron Grey and has practised Law at these premises since 1990. Vincent specialises in Litigation and Company Commercial work and also deals with Employment and Matrimonial. Vincent has lived locally for twenty years and is married with two children in local schools. As Principal, Vincent takes a keen interest in all clients of the firm, whether or not he is directly dealing with their cases. Clive Whitern Clive Whitern has worked for Baron Grey for twenty years. He is a second generation lawyer and has had more than thirty years’ successful experience in practising Law. He was formerly a partner at an Epsom based practice called Tuck & Mann Solicitors. Clive is extremely experienced in all aspects of Land Law, including Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, Landlord and Tenant, Probate, Wills and Trusts. Also specialising in the buying and selling of dental practices. Clive has spent a lifetime practising Law and it is unlikely that any problems would come across his desk that he has not confronted previously. Duncan Grant Duncan Grant joined Baron Grey in 2005. He has a strong academic record, having gained degrees in philosophy and law from Oxford and London Universities. Duncan joined Baron Grey after a successful career in public administration. Duncan specialises in all aspects of Property Law, Local Government and Public Law, Conveyancing and Probate, Landlord and Tenant and Property Management. Duncan is also responsible for the area of Immigration Law, with regards to its regulation and work permits which Baron Grey has undertaken for twenty years.
